The Denali Commission, through our close partnerships with both the State of Alaska and the USDA Rural Development, have commissioned an update to the Alaska State Broadband Plan. This updated Plan indicates to private and public leadership that Broadband remains at the forefront of Alaska’s infrastructure priorities. Additionally, the update and corresponding letter signed by Governor Dunlevy make all Alaskan applicants to USDA’s ReConnect Program eligible for the full points available for States that prioritize Broadband Activity.
Denali Commission will continue to prioritize investments in Broadband for the quality of life and economic benefits that this critical infrastructure brings for all Alaskans.
